We have spent years perfecting our craft along with building up our state of the art rug washing facility. We have a master rug technician on site to tend to each and every rug with the utmost care and attention. We clean rugs from all over the word, made a variety of ways from different materials. Whether your fine area rug is made of a natural fiber such as wool or silk, or your rug is made of synthetic materials like nylon, polyester or olefin (polypropylene), we have a specific solution to go along with a specific process to treat each type of rug. Fine in home area rugs can be hand woven or machine made. Machine made rugs are much more common these days as they are easier and quicker to produce in bulk. Either way, we have a treatment specific for your rug!

Once your rug arrives in our facility it will be thoroughly inspected. The inspection process tests the fibers to verify materials as well as checks for any possible color bleeding or dye migration issues. If the possibility of any color bleeding or dye transfer issues arises, we have specific treatments to neutralize the issue. After the inspection, we complete a full immersion washing process which includes agitation, cool water flushing and cool air drying. We treat your rug as if it were our own and we never return a rug until we are sure the best possible results have been achieved!
